In-Store Return Policy
Shoes and clothing may be returned for a refund within 10 business days of purchase with a sales receipt. All items returned must be unworn with price tags intact. Returns must be made at the original store of purchase. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, vintage and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions.
Online Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 7 days. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, giftables and lingerie are final sale.
After the 7-day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7 - 10 business days. Monkee’s of Lakeland reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
To Make a Return
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of Lakeland is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from the Lakeland store location. As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Monkee's of Lakeland offers a $10 Flat Rate shipping option within the United States. We ship via UPS and USPS. We offer a FREE pick-up in-store option for local customers. Orders usually ship within 2 days unless you selected expedited shipping option at checkout. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions. If you cannot add to cart, PLEASE EMAIL us, and we will be happy to work with you on filling your order.
